I am Harshvardhan Amle, a hospitality technology professional, an aspiring entrepreneur with a vision to develop & innovate technology for global hospitality industry. I have recently ventured into entrepreneurship with www.upswing.cloud a company that aims to provide data driven solutions for the hospitality industry, powered by AI & blockchain. At Upswing we have built solutions to address problems of the hospitality industry that start with data silos, leads to improper or poor guest service management & results in diminishing brand loyalty, operational efficiency & revenue for the hotels. Our solutions help hoteliers to engage with their guests, enhance guest's experience & personalise the service even before the guest actually checks in at the hotel, at the same time, guests can also benefit through our loyalty point exchange & decentralised identity verification. Our solutions give actionable insights to the hotels about their guests thereby improving the service, brand loyalty & revenue. At the moment we are bootstrapped, have 60% of the product ready & are looking for a pre-seed/angel investor for our beta release, further expansion, & development.
