In their own words

Urban Mistry Private Limited, operating under its registered trademarks Urban Gadgets™ and Percheron™, is an innovation-driven technology company focused on improving the reliability, accessibility, and sustainability of IT infrastructure in India through localized manufacturing and service innovation. Under the Percheron™ brand, the company designs and assembles customized desktop computing solutions, including power-optimized systems with integrated UPS and smart power-management features based on new technologies like Usage of Lithiumion based batteries, tailored for government offices, enterprises, and remote or infrastructure-constrained locations. The company emphasizes modular design, energy efficiency, and ease of serviceability to improve uptime and reduce total cost of ownership. A key area of innovation is the planned domestic manufacturing of computer cabinets, a product category that is currently almost entirely imported from China. In parallel, under the Urban Gadgets™ brand, the company is building a scalable, technology-enabled onsite service model by developing a network of trained and skilled IT technicians across India, including small towns and underserved regions. This initiative focuses on providing timely onsite installation, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance services for desktops, all-in-one PCs, printers, and power-backup systems, thereby improving service accessibility and creating local employment opportunities. Through the integration of indigenous manufacturing, optimized hardware design, and a distributed skilled service network, Urban Mistry Private Limited aims to enhance the efficiency, resilience, and reach of IT infrastructure services for public and private sector organizations across India.
