URBAN VILLAGE was formed with the intention of bringing high quality design solutions to the marketplace. URBAN VILLAGE covers a diverse range of services including planning, design and design+ build for domestic, corporate and MNCs clients. The company now has a portfolio of completed projects ranging from renovations, through whole dwelling refurbishments up to international residential, institutional and commercial projects. FIRM OVERVIEW At URBAN VILLAGE, we are passionate about style and detail and carry with our prestigious knowledge of design theory that helps us to take everyday design decisions. But no matter how large the project and how wide-ranging the decision, we allows no trace of self-importance to stand in the way of the flow of ideas; we cheerfully admit that there's always something to learn from the trades-people and clients we work beside. At URBAN VILLAGE we attempt to educate as well as serve. We do this by working closely with each other and above all by maintaining an open policy about design working practices. MISSION AND VISION Vision : Our vision is to become a leading architectural and interior design firm by providing innovative design solutions to our clients. Mission : To become the most client focused design firm through our professional expertise in design, engineering and construction, we guide and support our clients so that you can make a difference in the society. TEAM URBAN VILLAGE is a medium-sized design practice with a vibrant mix of professional skills and backgrounds, each contributing to the success of the practice. We retain our tight- knit ethos by fostering a democratic supportive and inclusive practice. We have a dedicated and varied team with years of specialized experience in developing properties and creating high-end designer spaces. In addition, we have developed valuable working relationships with leading professional practices in every field of expertise, enabling us to provide the best advice and service to our clients. We work in teams dedicated to our specialist sectors. In addition to the majority who are qualified architects, our office includes interior designers, MEP consultants, Project Managers and specialists in 3D visualization. Excellent customer service, creativity and reactiveness have always been the core values of our approach. Placing the client at the centre of what we do will always be our number one priority. Pratik Ranjan Principal Architect & Managing Director The team is led by it’s founder, Pratik Ranjan. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining design standards across all projects. His approach to design begins with the emphasis that he places on maintaining consistency of the design concept from the large scale through to that of detail. This has led him to develop a rarely-matched expertise in construction techniques and consultant relations in order to repeatedly deliver projects that answer complex and challenging design briefs across a range of sectors, including offices, education and residential. Pratik is a graduate in architecture from TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi and also holds a management degree in construction management from National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune. He has served and been part of few international organizations before venturing on his own.
