For small-scale business, it is very difficult to obtain an office space at a reasonable price and at a good location. Our start-up provides affordable office space with all the amenities such as workstation, internet, cleaning facility, cabin space, meeting rooms etc. we work as a co-working space where we take bare shell premises, develop them according to modern needs and rent it to prospective business on per workstation basis. We have no lock-in period and usually provide best-in-class facilities to our client. The companies can showcase the office as their own to prospective clients and it will leaves good impression on their customers. We take minimal security deposit with no long-term leases which gives an option to small companies to exit whenever they are short to capital. Moreover, we provide all the amenities bundled in the rent such as electricity, internet, cleaning facilities, etc. so that companies dont have to appoint individual vendors for the same
