Vaani Stack Private Limited is building an AI-powered communication platform focused on improving how voice networks operate, particularly in the context of modern VoIP systems. The idea came from observing how traditional telecom routing is still largely static, inefficient, and not designed for real-time adaptability. We are developing a system where call routing decisions are continuously optimized using AI, based on live network conditions, quality metrics, and usage patterns. This allows better call quality, lower latency, improved cost efficiency, and stronger fraud detection compared to conventional approaches. Our focus is on creating a programmable and scalable communication infrastructure that can be used by enterprises and government organizations. The platform is cloud-native, built with Kubernetes, and can also be deployed on-premise where data control and compliance are critical. From an India-first perspective, we see a clear opportunity to reduce reliance on legacy and externally controlled telecom systems by building indigenous, intelligent communication infrastructure. This aligns with broader efforts like Digital India and Make in India, especially in areas where secure and reliable communication is essential. Currently, we are in the early stages of building and validating the core technology and use cases, with a strong focus on long-term infrastructure play rather than short-term feature-based solutions.
