Poor skill levels is one of the biggest challenges facing small & medium enterprises. Even though 90% of the jobs are skill based, less than 5% undergo structured, formal training. Very few SMEs have the in-house resources for offering professional training & development for their employees. Vaidusi, meaning “learning” in Sanskrit, provides India’s first complete end-to-end “training-as-a-service”, specialised for small to medium companies and vocational colleges, in India. Vaidusi Systems provides an integrated solution consisting of: 1. Cloud learning management system 2. On-demand e-learning course library 3. Custom e-learning course development service 4. On-site compliance courses & certificates 5. On-demand training administrators Instead of providing thousands of courses like some of the global platforms like LinkedIn, Udemy etc., Vaidusi provides a focused library of courses that are most commonly needed & used by SMEs in India. Most SMEs in India do not have the in-house resources and capabilities to integrate & operate the various components of a technology enabled learning system. Vaidusi’s cloud training platform and on-demand courses, do not require any in-house expertise, resources or upfront investments by clients. Vaidusi, with its freemium model, enables any organisation, no matter what their budgets are to become a world class learning organisation, at a fraction of the cost & time, compared to traditional training infrastructure. Vaidusi’s founding team has deep experience in the field of training and e-learning technologies. The founders have previously founded and led an e-learning company. Vaidusi Systems Pvt Ltd was incorporated in May 2018. In less than 2 years, it has developed and commercially launched its training platform and built one of India’s largest e-learning course library. It already has 3 paying B2B customers with over 12,000 users. Vaidusi is poised to become the market leader in providing cloud-based training services and e-learning courses for the SME segment in India. Although we can become profitable & keep growing organically, we are looking for funding & strategic partners enable us to achieve rapid & exponential growth.
