We have receive numerous inquiries for consulting & Engineering of chemical manufacturing plant by chemical manufacturers finding alternative way to full fill their supply chain, which require raw material to be procure from China. Due to un-fortunate situation they were forced to procure these material from other countries at higher prices. As we know China is the major supplier of many chemicals, completely avoiding it is not possible. If we buy from other sources it will naturally effect the overall manufacturing cost, which in turn affect the product cost. The finished products are not only consumed in India itself but also exported to world wide. Which plays vital role in export growth. As China is vital part in supply chain, we have to relay on them. VCE has a common AIM to make self Reliable India. The vision starts with two different path which subsequently merges into final vision. Vision 1: In order to make sure our domestic manufacturer have a supply of these chemicals. We are developing a special platform where such manufacturers procuring from China will be brought together and will understand their requirement. This platform will act as a future supply market for all the manufacturing requirement. Thus creating a domestic supply hub. for MADE IN INDIA. Vision 2: VCE is right now involve in R&D and engineering of few chemical manufacturing process as per the demand of domestic manufacturer. VCE along with few technical institute are developing such technologies. The willing manufacturer can sponsor these R&D and VCE with its technical expertise will engineer cost effective & environment friendly process. The process developed by VCE will not only will be focused on quantity & quality but will also tried to put environmental issues on its first priority list.
