PATISSERIE Vanilla Miel is an online retail space that combines high quality ingredients with contemporary artisanal chocolate techniques to create a range of premium products. We do not stock, freeze or preserve any of our ingredients or products. Every product is made to order as close to the anticipated time of consumption as possible. We’re one of India’s only art-inspired patisseries. Every decorative element, including flowers, on our desserts and tarts are 100% edible – handcrafted with pure chocolate and each one individually painted. Our products are free from fondant and butter cream. Our ingredients are carefully sourced, our chocolates hand-tempered and our flavours genuinely inspired.
