We have extensive industrial experience in successfully meeting the needs of fur dyes, which are certain forms of coal-tar intermediates that, when oxidized, produce an insoluble, pigmented substance similar to Aniline Black. These furs are colored to be used in crafts and to make fashion statements. Because fine fur dyeing must be done at room temperature for maximum results, a wide spectrum of hues can be used. After the cloth has been relaxed, employees cut it into regular piles and spread it out to begin the cutting process. A computer-controlled system can propagate the virus. The purpose of the spreading stage is to detect fabric faults, check tension and slack, and verify that each fabric is properly aligned. Workers choose the number of plies to spread according to on the fabric type and size of the garment order. The designs are then laid down.
