VDCAP Finserv Private Limited (VFPL) was incorporated in February 2021 and got Certificate of Registration (CoR) from RBI in March 2022. VFPL provides small ticket size retail loans to individuals and unorganised SMEs in underserved rural and semi urban areas by establishing physical presence in those areas. Focus of VFPL is to fulfil the requirements of lower income and middle-income groups of the society spread across formal and informal sector of rural and semi urban market. VFPL currently provides secured loans against commercial or residential property, machine loans and small ticket unsecured loans mainly in rural and semi urban areas. VFPL intends to serve lower income and middle-income groups of the society which lacks in meeting stringent documentation requirements Focus of VFPL is to serve to those section of society which has been deprived of credit by Banks and Financial Institutions due to non availability of sufficient documents or due to lack of financial knowledge. VFPL intends to initially provide loans in rural and semi urban markets which are normally having high number of financially illiterate population requiring greater efforts on the part of lending organisation in creating financial literacy through physical presence
