VectorScale Labs Private Limited is building Chatwise, an AI-powered customer conversation management platform for Instagram-first businesses. Many modern brands, creators, consultants, and small businesses receive a high volume of customer enquiries through Instagram comments and DMs, but managing these conversations manually becomes difficult as the business grows. Chatwise helps businesses centralise customer conversations, automate comment-to-DM workflows, collaborate through a shared inbox, assign conversations to team members, and use AI-assisted categorisation to identify purchase enquiries, support requests, order-related questions, spam, and other customer intents. The product improves the customer support and sales workflow for businesses that rely on social media as a major customer acquisition and communication channel. Chatwise is being built as a scalable SaaS platform with the potential to support a large number of businesses in India and global markets, while creating employment and wealth generation through a software-led business model.
