The LLP operates a semi-automated production facility with a current capacity of approximately 1,500 litres per day, with a strong emphasis on maintaining nutritional integrity through controlled and efficient processing methods. The LLP is working towards process innovation and continuous improvement by adopting semi-automated extraction, filtration and handling systems designed to minimize human intervention, ensure consistency and enhance product quality. It focuses on low-processing and chemical-free production techniques, preserving the natural properties of the oil and aligning with the increasing consumer demand for clean-label and health-oriented products. The business incorporates supply chain optimization and traceability mechanisms to ensure consistent sourcing of high-quality raw materials and efficient inventory management. Further, the LLP is developing a digitally integrated business model, including an upcoming e-commerce platform, to enable direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales across India, supported by data-driven decision-making and customer feedback systems. In terms of product and brand innovation, the LLP is building its own branded product line with standardized packaging solutions, while planning to introduce differentiated offerings such as customized oil variants and value-added products catering to health-conscious consumers and institutional buyers.
