We are a company focusing on helping individuals discover their unique natural potential and recommending best-fit career streams. Our current focus is on students from 9th grade to the graduate level, helping them discover their natural potential and enabling them to choose best-fit study streams after 10th grade, college courses after 12th and jobs after college. Product improvement - We use internationally reputed career assessments like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Strong Interest Inventory® and Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children®. These assessments can only be administered by certified practitioners for which we have certified practitioners on-board. Service Improvement – We are unique due to our personalized, in-depth focus on each student. We offer 6 hours of one-to-one personalized counselling for every student as part of our process. There are 3 sessions, each approximately 2 hours, that are highly involving and customized to the needs of the student. Innovation - The focus is to identify each student’s unique natural potential using the above assessments and counselling process rather than being prescriptive of study options and universities. We address three aspects of each student – personality, career interest and aptitude, which culminates in identifying the unique natural potential in a scientific manner. Our model is scalable since the assessments themselves are online and the counselling process can be delivered online through interactive virtual personalized classrooms.
