Currently many patients are unable to read or comprehend doctor handwriting in the prescription. It is much more troublesome for the non-English speaking population in towns and villages. This is corroborated by the common man, doctors and by courts. In the first phase, our App uses advanced computer vision and AI algorithms to decipher the prescription, comprehend the same and convert it into a digital format. The AI engine then converts the same into a PDF in a local language, based on the preference of the patient The converted digital format is processed by the AI engine to provide read-aloud function of the prescription, support medical adherence in the form of alerts, notify the guardian or nurse if any medicine has been skipped – enabled with voice prompts in a preferred local language. Once the entire course of medicines are administered, the AI engine automatically creates appointments for doctor and health/vital checkups, same is notified to the patient and the caretaker / guardian In future phases, additional functionality will provide:  translation to 22 languages across the country  speech-based prescriptions  tie-in to pharmacies & diagnostic centers  options for similar medication based on availability  maintain patient history  provide insights to doctors on past and related illnesses  integration to wearables and in-hospital medtronics  early warning on targeted ailments  analytics on medications and cure efficiency  early warning on clusters of disease breakout
