Vhroom is changing India's on‑demand economy by constructing a rock solid, zero commission platform which combines ride‑hailing, food delivery and parcel logistics. We are using combination of VBuddy driver community, hyperlocal micro‑hub framework, VAgrolink, and agile area-managers leaderships to establish an ecosystem which cannot be replicated by any traditional player.Fundamental to us is a commission‑free model: drivers retain 100% of fares, restaurants operate at walk‑in prices, and micro‑hub partners (kirana outlets, dairies, bakers) make partner fees with zero capital expenditure.This layered network :VBuddies, micro‑hubs and end‑consumers forms an unbreakable chain of value. As we’ve constructed model from scratch, anticipated every pinch point (auto congestion, false discounts, long waiting times) and built real solutions into our app: transparent prices, verified merchants, real‑time assistance and on‑demand booking.The first rollout down the Kotputli–Behror–Neemrana corridor is a strategic demonstration: high density commuter traffic, vibrant industrial talent and tight geography enable us to deliver fresh produce in 15–20 minutes, live parcel monitoring and responsive cab availability at scale. With each new driver we add and each shop we turn into a micro‑hub partner, we're not simply shipping goods—but sparking local economies, reducing customer costs, reaching every door step of Bharat.We make our money responsibly through partner subscriptions, advertising within the app and hub fees - never through untransparent markups. Our roadmap scales hyper-locally into Jaipur and then tier-2/3 India, based on our playbook of zero infra spending, common infrastructure and Bharat-first partnerships.
