Compared to the developed markets where income protection plans are offered by both private enterprises and by the government, India doesn’t have any organisation, or businesses which offers a comprehensive solution of job loss protection that covers both financial support to address the income insecurities and vulnerabilities of individuals and means to find a new job to join back the job market with confidence. This unique combination makes Jobsurance a creator of new category through innovating a new solution for the Indian jobs ecosystem. This shall be a significant improvement over any current solutions that are offered on a standalone basis – for instance, offline placement consultants or online job platforms where several unverified recruiters are also present. Jobsurance’s tech-based ecosystem, combines the financial security to almost 3 crores Indians working in private enterprises with its cutting edge recruitment platform that enables recruiters and individuals to connect, discover talent and job openings, which significantly reduces the cost of search and efforts for both the stakeholders. In the process, Jobsurance shall indirectly impact generation of thousands of jobs and also create wealth for individuals through both new jobs and also through prevention of loss of income which shall be offset through our income protection plans. Jobsurance’s solution is robust and scalable across the length and breadth of the country as it is fully digital and paperless. We have started with our easy to use and easy to transact website and eventually we will come out with our app with more users joining in. Our mobile app shall enable us to scale faster as we can reach in every smartphone in the country. In terms of technology being used, Jobsurance’s front-end is built on ReactJS and its back-end is built on Node Js which collectively allow us to break down an application into small, reusable components that can be easily managed and updated. These components can be reused across the application, which can help to reduce code duplication and improve overall application performance thus enabling us to create highly interactive and easy to understand user interfaces for all of our stakeholder in multiple languages also. Using these technologies, we will be able to create a strong referral engine as well through which individuals can refer other individuals in multiple companies. Our marketing and branding shall be fully digital relying solely on our Website, interactive AI based chatbots, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media which along with reliable and robust third party scalable tools such as MailChimp, Whatsapp for Business and MoEngage will make our reach across the country easily scalable through network effects.
