Our business is to provide assistance and support to those vehicles which are outside the purview of Brand, typically vehicles which are 4 years and above. Once the vehicle goes out of OEM Warranty, it becomes difficult for a vehicle owner to maintain his/her vehicle in a cost effective manner. In the event of breakdown in his/her vehicle the repair and replacement cost of any part has to be borne by the customer, unlike such cost is covered by the brand/OEM when the vehicle is under warranty. Over and above this expense any additional cost for assistance services such as towing of the vehicle, on-site support, etc. also has to be borne by the vehicle owner. Average OEM Extended Warranty plans are active up to 5 years. None or very few OEM’s offer Warranty plans for vehicles post expiry of OEM’s warranty or after expiry of Extended Warranty. As per current market trend, penetration OEM extended Warranty is about 40-45% is four wheelers while around 10-15% in two wheeler segment. In the view of above, capitalising on our technical capabilities and network we foresee a huge potential to penetrate Extended Warranty and Anytime Warranty through various channels. We would like to design the product offering as below considering our network strength and service capabilities to support the customer at pan India level.
