Vinayan (India) Consulting And Services Private Limited is a Private Company incorporated on 2019. My journey in the technical field started from serving in the Border Security Force (BSF). I was a engineer ( Deputy commandant ) in BSF and served the forces for 20 years. I helped establish the communication police network and BSF super Automax, which helped communicate the incidents happening in the remote locations to the headquarters in Delhi. I took voluntary retirement from BSF in the year 2008. I joined Turbo Consultancies in 2009 and undertook two major surveillance projects. The first one was in Ram Janam Bhoomi, Ayodhya. The second one was Mata Vaishno Devi in Katra, Jammu. The system in Vaishno Devi was entirely designed by me and was wireless. In 2013, I established my own company, ExperioTech Pvt Ltd where I designed and manufactured "Speedosoft" which was a tool to capture traffic violations. Currently, this system is being used in Maharastra, Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Arunanchal Pradesh, Hariyana and Punjab, along with many manufacturing plants such as TATA, Reliance to name a few. The USP of this system was that it was completely made in India. The price point of our equipment was at least 30-40% less than the imported equipment serving the same purpose. I have recently developed a system called "True Speed" which is a much more advanced version of speedosoft. We can capture 100 vehicles simultaneously and check for all the violations. For my new company, Vinayan, we needed a different team that had certain technical skills. We also require manpower. We are already working on a large-scale project with the Maharashtra Government Through Experio Tech Pvt Ltd. At this point in time, we are the only ones manufacturing a system with these features. The uniqueness of our system comes from the mobile nature of our 4D radar as well as the broad coverage of the kind of violations that are covered by this radar. The violations captured include seat belt violation, triple riding on a two-wheeler, using of mobile phone while driving, riding without a helmet on a two-wheeler, wrong-way driving, wrong lane driving, zig-zag driving, speed limit violation.
