Vintage Coffee Private Limited is an 100% Export Oriented Unit that excels in the manufacture and export of Instant Coffee. The startup was incorporated in the year 2015 with plant erection spanning only two years from this date. The manufacturing facility is equipped with state in art machinery with its crucial Turbo-Roaster is sourced from Probat, Germany. The plant has a production capacity of around 4500 MT of Instant Coffee per annum. The facility is powered by one of the finest Fluidized Bed Boilers with its main consumable unlike the traditional coal/briquette fueled boilers, being husk. Probat Turbo-Roaster on the other hand has a dual option for fuel usage, one being "Liquified Petroleum Gas" and the other, "Diesel". The main raw materials/ feed for the plant is Green Coffee Beans. Our company holds a strong order book that caters in two formats i.e. the Bulk (Cartons) and Private Label (Tins, pouches). The company's primary focus on exporting markets are Europe, Russia, UAE, Malaysia, CIS Countries, Singapore, etc. Our Green Coffee Beans sourcing markets majorly reside in Vietnam, Indonesia and African countries. Recently, the company has decided to procure locally grown green coffee beans, despite an higher price difference in comparison to the global markets.
