He has a long experience in Herbal drug manufacturing and simultaneously works in deriving the newer drug molecules or compounds from various natural sources. Thus the company has established a R&D set up exclusively for the dispensation of skill sets to isolate and establish newer novel actives for the alleviation of various diseases particularly those which are most prevalent, most virulent and with no definite treatment. The company has a very good network with various research labs within and outside India.
