Our startup is a technology-driven automotive service company focused on transforming the traditional car wash industry through an automated tunnel car wash system. Currently, most car wash services in Gujarat are manually operated, time-consuming (1–2 hours per wash), inconsistent in quality, and heavily dependent on manpower. Our solution replaces this manual process with a fully automated tunnel system that delivers a high-quality car wash within approximately 5 minutes. The system integrates advanced mechanical automation with digital technology, enabling a fast, standardized, and scalable car wash experience. Customers subscribe to a monthly membership model that allows unlimited car washes across all our operational centers. Each member is issued a unique barcode/QR-based digital identity, which is scanned at any center to authenticate access and track usage. The startup is developing a centralized mobile application and web platform to manage subscriptions, payments, user authentication, usage analytics, and franchise operations. This digital layer ensures seamless customer experience, centralized control, and data-driven decision-making across multiple locations. Our business model is designed as a company-operated franchise network, enabling rapid expansion while maintaining quality, technology standards, and operational efficiency. The solution significantly reduces wash time, lowers operational dependency on manual labor, optimizes water usage, and offers an affordable subscription-based alternative to conventional car wash services. By combining automation, digital platforms, and a scalable franchise model, the startup aims to revolutionize the organized car wash sector in Gujarat and expand to other regions in India.
