To carry on the business of manufacturers, processors, buyers, sellers, importers, pulses, farm produces and their by-products like de-oil cakes, cattle-feed, soap stocks, chemicals and allied products. 3. To carry on business activities for generation, distribution and dealing, by setting up power units for all types of electrical power by conventional, non-conventional methods including wind turbine, coal, gas lignite, oil, bio-mass, waste, thermal, solar, hydel, geo-hydel, wind and tidal waves for captive consumption of the Company or to Sale and Transfer to the Electricity Board, or otherwise, and to construct, lay-out, establish, fix, install, replace, repair, cables, wires, lines, accumulators, lamps and works to generate, accumulate, distribute and supply electricity, light and power to cities, streets, docks, markets, theatres, buildings and places both public and private either its own or through the collaboration, joint venture in India and abroad. 4. To Carry on the Business of Production, Processing of Bio-Diesel from Jatropha (Ratanjyot) Curcas or from any other Oil Seeds, Acid Oils, Fatty Acids, including the By-Products of the Company or any other Raw Material for captive consumption or otherwise and to meet the requirements of raw material to develop and cultivate Jatropha (Ratanjyot) Curcas Plantation, Farms, Nursery on the Companys Own Land, Government Land, Private Land or procure the raw material from the markets.
