VITRIMED is a Trivandrum-based, clinician-led health-tech venture founded by 22 dental surgeons (avg. 25 yrs’ experience), building India’s first integrated, one-stop ecosystem that meets every operational, technological and regulatory need of a dental clinic from one platform. India’s ~1.5 lakh dental clinics — single/two-chair practices in Tier-2/3 and rural areas — are deeply fragmented: multi-vendor supply chains causing a 15–25% price disadvantage; non-clinical clinic design causing workflow and infection-control failures; no dentistry-specific GST-compliant software; complex GST/HSN-SAC accounting; and untreated amalgam/mercury effluent. No provider combines clinical authority, platform architecture and group-procurement leverage to solve these together. VITRIMED unifies eight clinic functions in one platform via our proprietary Clinic Intelligence Engine (CIE), which profiles each clinic into a costed action plan — spanning group-purchase commerce, clinician-led design, an ABDM/ABHA-integrated practice-management system with auto-reorder, a Green Clinic effluent module, dental GST-accounting, Upskilling Platform and facilitating dental tourism. Our edge is orchestration plus several firsts: the CIE makes procurement advisory, not transactional; our architecture links workflow directly to reordering; our ISO -aligned amalgam-effluent unit for small clinics is new to India (patent protection being explored); our accounting engine is the first built for dental HSN/SAC taxonomy; and our dental-tourism network is the first letting clinics handle international tele-consultations and multi-currency payments. Scaling at low marginal cost, we roll out from Trivandrum across Kerala, South India and pan-India, targeting 10,000+ clinics. Revenue is diversified — product margins, design consultancy and recurring B2B SaaS — creating direct/indirect employment across technology, logistics, field engineering and training.
