VMAC Enterprises has setup its operations in India but it also plans on expanding its resources to local partners by setting up local branches (Sydney, Australia) in the near future. The approach to generate better business opportunity and revenue is by performing intensive research, identify the niche of exporting IT Services and non-perishable products from India to countries abroad. The Research of markets: Here we research all potential markets; initially focusing on Australia but later on expanding to western markets as well. This helps us gain an understanding of the needs and wants of the target market, one destination at a time, as well as conquering the competition we face. Business will be done in a specific area of the market - in IT Consulting of products and services is what we focus on.
