The idea of the startup is to build an international standard cold store and packhouse, in name of VNV COLDSTORES PRIVATE LIMITED. This cold store will be “APEDA approved” and will be located at a place where no such facility is available till date. There is a huge requirement for cold store facility (as pointed below) and proximity from the Mundra port would be an added advantage for us. The production is growing with passage of time and there is a need to store such produce for longer shelf life and reduce wastage. Through this cold store and packhouse, we will ensure that farmers get the best price for their fresh produce around the globe and other vendors / dealers get best facility which will help them to increase their profitability.
