We are looking forward to carry on the business of design, develop, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise to deal in design, develop, publish, and support software for automating the process to create online games, video games and other entertainment software based on the algorithm which is necessary to run the games, and deliver the same to the end users, to carry on the business on virtual internet based games on websites, mobile platform, television or any other online media where users have the ability to create their character and make friends and hang out with other characters online and also to eam a revenue by means of advertising or by taking a percentage of winnings of game play or charging a fixed fee for membership or for downloading a game, to carry on the business online technology services and advisory services in relation to developing, designing, marketing, trading, transferring, exporting, importing, buying and selling all types of mobile applications including gaming, web applications and websites for mobile phones or any other communication device, equipment, appliances, accessories whether corded or cordless and to engage in all businesses as may be related or ancillary to the aforesaid business areas.
