Through VTxX Eklavya Pvt Ltd we are curating Eklavyas, as we know the story of Eklavya how he was considered the epitome of power and was recognised as a warrior. He was not allowed to learn from his idol, Dronacharya, due to his tribal status. He then made himself so efficient just by observing his guru and practising in front of the statue that no one could beat him. In the similar manner we are making tribal community self-reliant by providing them education and training. Tribals are closely related with nature. Their adaptive and tenderness to nature led isolated them from other social groups. To bring all round development of tribals is need of the hour now. Therefore, we are giving them employment on the basis of ownership model, where they will make products with the available natural resources that is Bamboo and will be recognised as the owners of the company.
