This work presents a novel approach to utilize food bio-waste, specifically little millet husk, for the development of a biodegradable film at different concentration using 1% methylcellulose as film forming and binding compound capable of nano-generation of tribo- electricity of 22.4 V and 37 μW/cm2 by integrating in tribo-electric nanogenerator (TENG) using little millet husk biodegradable film as tribopositive layer and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as tribonegative layer and measured by standard contact- separation method. We investigated little millet husk biodegradable film’s structural, morphological and triboelectric properties.
