WE LEAD Trainers trained by ILO to empower women and inculcate the digital skills required to fectch their business. Women in Digital Business (WIDB) is a new initiative by the International Training Centre of the ILO and Microsoft Philanthropies. Our objective is to unlock the participation of women entrepreneurs in the digital economy, by giving them access to training programmes on digital skills, using a worldwide network of Trainers and Lead Trainers.
