Wedebaba Industries Pvt. Limited group proposes its unit to meet the local and global demand of Dyes & DyeIntermediate, at Plot No. A-2, MIDC, Warud, Taluka -Warud, Dist: Amaravati, Maharashtra. The demand for products intended to be manufactured is increasing in the country and in global market also. The project shall save forex as certain product imports will be reduced. This will also generate direct and indirect employment opportunity for various levels of people including local area employment. Some by-products/ waste shall be utilized as alternate fuel in cement industry, thus reducing environment pollution load. Wedebaba Industries proposes to build a strong and differentiated business model with focus on Green Manufacturing. The company will use LED and latest technological equipment for the resource optimization. Company has proposed in its operational management recycle and reuse of water for the optimization and utilization.The Company has obtained green belt & main objective of the green belt is to provide a barrier between the source of pollution and the surrounding areas. India textile and apparel export (including handicraft) stood at 44.4 usd billion in 2022 a 41% increses YOY. Export of readymade garments including cotton accessories stood at usd 6.19 billion in 2022. By keeping all these fact in mind reactive dyes class are only dyes which can used for dying, printing, padding the cotton cloths. And locally Wedebaba Industries PvtLtd is having good reputation in local market with no competition locally because of which they have some well known regular buyers. Production in the unit is going to take place in two phases. Total Capacity of unit is 150 MT per Month. From which 126.62 MT of capacity is utilized in both the phases and remaining 23.38 MT per month capacity is kept for standardization, the concentrated dyes will be diluted according to the customer needs with G-salt.
