WeTrack: Visibility Infrastructure for Global Trade WeTrack is a logistics intelligence platform built for one purpose: giving exporters, importers, traders, and manufacturers direct, real-time visibility over their shipments — without needing a freight forwarder, customs broker, or 3PL to be the gatekeeper of that information. The Problem We Solve Today, a shipper managing even ten active containers spends 20–30 hours a week chasing status updates — emailing forwarders, calling transporters, refreshing carrier portals. Exceptions (a missed vessel, a customs hold, a delayed pickup) are discovered late, often after they've already cost money. WeTrack replaces that manual chase with automated, milestone-level visibility delivered straight to the customer's inbox and phone. What WeTrack Does Today First-mile tracking (India): Real-time visibility from factory/warehouse pickup to port gate-in. Port-to-port tracking (Global): Any port to any port, covering LCL and FCL shipments, across every major ocean carrier. Milestone email notifications: Every shipment update — vessel departure, transshipment, arrival — triggers an email with a live tracking link showing map view, shipper/consignee details, vessel data, and full milestone history. Exception alerts (Premium): When a shipment deviates from plan, WeTrack proactively flags it — before the customer has to ask. WhatsApp notifications: Because for most Indian exporters and importers, WhatsApp is the primary channel of business communication, not email. Automated DSR (Daily Status Reports): A rolled-up view of every active shipment, delivered automatically, replacing the manual spreadsheet reports customers build by hand today.
