We’re building a full-stack SportsTech ecosystem to empower grassroots sports in India—starting with coaching, infra, and gamified engagement. Our platform connects coaches, players, turf owners, and institutions through: A Super App for discovering and booking verified coaches & turfs B2B solutions for schools and clubs—coaching programs, infra setup, and CRM Demand-led merchandising for sports equipment (basketball poles, pickleball nets, etc.) A gamified learning and engagement layer (AI performance tracking, challenges, leaderboards) We’re currently operating in Mumbai and plan to expand with a sales-led GTM, aiming to onboard 1000+ coaches and 1,00,000+ users over the next 12 months post our pre-seed funding round. Our goal: To build India’s most trusted grassroots sports platform that enables access, performance, and monetization for every player in the ecosystem. Our MOAT lies in our dual-sided approach and execution-first GTM. We’re capturing both the B2C side (players, parents, coaches) through a Super App, and the B2B side (schools, clubs, turf owners) through coaching programs, infra projects, and equipment sales. Unlike others, we start with a sales-driven coach onboarding model where coaches bring their own students, building both user depth and platform stickiness from Day 1. Additionally, we generate early revenue through infra refurbishments and school partnerships—creating a strong trust-based offline foundation before scaling the tech layer. This ecosystem will be further strengthened with gamified engagement and embedded finance by Year 2, giving us long-term defensibility across product, partnerships, and monetization.
