we are trying to change the concept of Executive Assistant which use to sit in the office for administrative support. we are making it technology enabled so that assistant become more reliable, fast, accurate, passionate and on par with the international standards. We are also promoting work from home culture which can save our precarious resources such as land as there will be less demand for office space. Fewer vehicles which will decongest roads and less emission of greenhouse gases. This will also help in promoting the cause of sustainable development. we are mainly hiring women who are out of the workforce because of certain reasons such as marriage, small kids or living in tier-2 and tier-3 city where there is very less opportunity for them.
