WishVish Foods Private Limited with the trade name of “The Filter Coffee” aims to promote South Indian Cuisine by making authentic South Indian Delicacies like Idly, Dosai, Vada, Kuzhi Paniyaram, Kerala Parotas, Appams and many more such dishes accessible to the customers at an affordable price. The Company’s primary motive is to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene of food that is served to our customers. The Company also promotes sustainable dining, preservation of tradition, healthy eating habits, local sourcing and reduction of non-recyclable waste. The entire supply chain is also built with various technologies which are state of the art or are being developed uniquely in-house to solve problems specific to our industry. We are a unique business with an end-to-end ERP solution implemented, reverse auction for procurement, an in-house data analytics team, forward and backward traceability in our quality management system (QMS), renewable energy implementation and various other tech-based solutions to help reach our goal.
