Company Profile Wizkidscarnival Technologies Private Limited wizkidscarnival is a ed-tech company established with a single mission - Celebrating your child's talents, "hero'ing" him/her in the community - right from the smallest community of his/her family, friends and school to the biggest global stage. We are doing this by building a tech-based platform that helps to conduct: (a) Child-friendly and tech-enabled competitions, Olympiads of creative as well as planned academic activities and challenges across different kinds of activities (b) Feature and hero the user generated content created by children through these challenges (c) Making sure that there's a child-safe and curated community of parents and children on our WKC platform Over the next few years, we aim to enable challenges from a “Local to Global” level - i.e. international level - by using the power of our proprietary tech platform which can handle all the disparate elements of any competition or challenge - all the while keeping the child at the center of the development efforts. The competitions conducted by wizkidscarnival span the following fields: a. Academic (eg: Science, English-writing, Mathematics) b. Co-curricular (eg: Painting, Elocution) c. Extra-curricular (eg: Lego / Building Blocks, Journalism, Roleplay, etc.) The tech platform that we have and continuously iterate upon helps give a seamless frontend experience to our participants – by enabling smooth registration to tracking their registrations and submissions to seeing how the child has performed in our contests. At the same time, our back-end (again being developed and continuously iterated upon) enables us to handle scale reaching tens and hundreds of thousands of entrants to give a smooth experience to our assessments team – which is comprised of experts in respective fields. In the context of the NEP 2020, which places special emphasis on Competitions and Olympiads, our tech-enabled platform helps schools conduct these competitions, challenges and contests with ease – whether for their own school or helps their participants take part in our all-India or inter-school challenges. This is especially important because most schools, unfortunately, do not have a native infrastructure, or expertise in handling such events to conduct such challenges in a smooth manner. Our app – currently under development – will enable single-sign ons as well as independent logins for our participants as well as schools who choose to use our platform – thereby enabling each stakeholder to get a detailed view of the participants’ performance as well as download participation certificates. It will also have a gamified experience wherein each participant will get certain reward points and experience points to keep him/her motivated to constantly improve in whatever competition he/she wishes to take part. In the context of the current players out there who conduct competitions – all of the above features are sorely missing which results in the parents and participants being left disappointed most of the time, due to a very bad customer experience. wizkidscarnival is solving these issues by pursuing a “tech-first”, “child-first” approach to our contests.
