Woices takes away the biggest reason that prevents employees from reporting incidents of harassment and abuse and forces them to suffer in silence. It revolutionizes workplace by enabling employees to speak up without fearing consequences and retaliation. Not only that, it can be used to report all kinds of violations and unacceptable practices in letter and spirit. Woices enables organizations to notice pattern of abuse by an individual and take timely action. It saves organizations from toxic work culture and millions of dollars in lawsuits and damages.
