WONDERLINK - A Sales Neural Network - Future of Retail. The idea behind the concept is to provide (BnM) Brick and Mortar stores (presently not selling online) opportunity to showcase their products for online selling (O2O sales, D2C through our e-comm platform) Our under-development unique & proprietary tech solution will make use of the Hybrid Commerce sales model to provide a solution for BnM stores to convert them to (RTHS) Real Time Hybrid Stores. The business owner will have the option to sell products within the local area like say within a 5-10 km radius or may choose to showcase it to everyone searching the product online and sell it across India. This O2O model has the concept of Hybrid commerce at its core and will serve as an additional revenue stream over and above the physical store sales for the business owner. Presently (based on our survey/s) not all BnM stores prefer to sell online through e-comm sites, due to various reasons among those reasons three main reasons are: - 1. Needs lot of effort and tech knowledge for - updating stocks/ listing products, managing returns/ pilferage/ in transit damages etc... 2. The platform usage fees/ commissions are high, making the proposition unviable in long run. 3. Maintaining financial accounts is cumbersome, reconciliation errors etc... We are going to provide BnM stores a platform where they will NOT be required to list the products as a traditional listing they do on Amazon/Flipkart instead they can just select the checkboxes alongside the pre-populated product list to make it available for online selling through their store, (this can also be automated through PoS integration). The business owner can easily publish the results online at a click of a button, and the product will start appearing to the customer in local google/search engine searches. Our platform will also benefit the end users/ customers by providing them the opportunity to explore the local area market from the comfort of their homes. This will be like buying desired products from your local market using e-commerce technology. Customers can avail of benefits in terms of fast deliveries and cheaper prices, testing and feeling the products before buying plus all other benefits as available on e-comm websites. The platform will also be beneficial for the parent company i.e., manufacturers and brand owners of the products being offered for online selling by BnM stores. The reports regarding a specific brand search, product searches, competitor, pricing, demographic customer liking & choices plus many other reports will be generated during online searches & inquiries made by customers and subsequently till the end of the purchase cycle. Such reports and data will enable the brands to decide upon their marketing strategies, product placement, target customers, new sales avenues, push sales etc... basis on our survey, brands remain interested in such data which provides them with market intelligence and can give them an edge over the competition.
