The company innovation is related to the production of bio-degradable packaging material from plant based raw material such as rice chaff, rice straw .The product can be a perfect alternative for paper and plastic based packaging product. These plant based raw material being used is generally considered as waste by corn mill and rice mill companies and farmers, which is the reason why it is often left to compost in the nature or burnt as a source of fuel. Both these methods produce unwanted by-products (composting these by-product produces methane and burning produces toxic fumes). Vision is to provide a solution to the growing global problem of unsustainable waste generation. The fibers sheet are designed with their ultimate purpose in mind: to create single use items that are environmentally safe when disposed after use. Our mission to replace all disposable plastics with high quality, innovative, invented products to consumers and to businesses allowing everyone the opportunity to lessen their dependence on oil, lower their carbon footprint, and find non-toxic, safe alternatives to plastic. Hence, avoiding the use of chemical instead we using mechanical process where all the natural plant components work together to create strong and durable product that can become imperative for both policy makers and the public in general to claim for new solutions to handling of packaging as its environmental impact outweigh the beneficial effect. Once our product is exposed to landfills, the natural enzymes present act as catalysts and the microorganisms will penetrate our product while other ingredients expand the molecular structure, making room for the incoming microbes by quorum sensing process. Thus, Biodegradable packaging obviously offer real benefits when compared to the non-biodegradable alternatives that allows our product to completely decompose .
