Woza Homes is a lean flatsharing brand operating on a revenue-sharing basis to simplify co-living, bringing affordable luxury to its customers and convenience to landlords. Markets are in favour of a Personal Expression, Small Luxuries and a Home that feels like Your Own Our competitor’s have standardized living spaces to a Branded Warehouse, we are changing it to a Global Flatsharing concept. We let out houses acquired from the AirBnb platform, converting the properties to long term stays whilst charging a 10% consultation fee in exchange for our sales and operations. The end customer gets a home with the kind of people he/she wants to share with, a great deal of emphasis being on the flatmates. Woza Homes is here to change the flatsharing industry from branded hostels into homes for the working professionals.
