Xaults Deep-Tier Supply Chain Financing Platform enables traditional banks to offer affordable credit to SMEs beyond Tier-1, without raising the risk. Xaults Deep Tier Supply Chain Financing leverages the irrevocable payment obligation (IPO) of the anchor buyer, who has the best credit risk profile in the supply chain. The IPO is issued on invoices approved by the anchor buyer and then tokenized. The platform tracks all invoices issued by downstream suppliers and links them to the anchor invoice based on buyer-seller relationships. SMEs can split and transfer the IPO across multiple tiers, providing all tiers with a portion of the IPO in the form of tokens. Using these tokens, SMEs can request financing from traditional banks. Since the payment is collected from the anchor, the risk is shifted from the SME to the anchor, allowing banks to offer credit to SMEs at lower rates. Unlike other supply chain financing methods that rely on the credit risk of each supplier, Xaults DTSCF locks in the anchor buyer's credit risk across the entire supply chain. This ensures that the credit risk remains stable as financing extends to deeper tiers, making DTSCF a superior solution.
