The startup plan to build tech enabled tools and softwares to support Digital health in India. We’ve seen lack to care ecosystem in the healthcare industry with various touch points. People are still working with their usual, manual and more of paperwork when it comes to healthcare. We all have seen people carrying big and multiple files of their health records, prescriptions, laboratory test files and previous health records to show to the doctor. The reason is because we still functioning in paper based health record system. With new tech enabled tools, we see a shift and need of electronic medical and health records with doctors writing digital prescriptions, people want to store health records at one place, monitor everyday vitals digitally to show doctors etc. Currently it’s all scattered for people and it requires a dire shift. Hospitals still have EHR and digital prescription platforms but let alone doctors clinics do not have this functionality until and unless they tie up with a company providing the same software. And digital prescription shift can only come when doctors have easy access to such platforms. So our startup wants to build such software/platform for doctors. And digital prescription shift can only come when doctors have easy access to such platforms. Aim is to build a full-stack doctor and patient suites and continuous care at its core. Secondly, we lack a digital platform where patients can access their prescriptions, doctors recommendations, medicines prescribed by different doctors, ability to record different vitals every day, get timely reminders for doctor’s appointment or the ability to book appointment in few clicks, get medicine reminders for consuming medicines – which can be easily setup. This is the Ecosystem, Xoid is focusing on to cater the people with chronic diseases and improving their health outcomes with guidance, their let alone telehealth app/software which guides them in improving the health outcomes. This will also be helpful for the doctors to give better treatment to their patients and timely intervention in their health. The philosophy is built around wanting to improve the quality of life and long term wellness of patients by making a difference in the way to track the chronic diseases with continuous monitoring and real time support provided to them. This software will also give the ability to link different medical devices which can automatically track and record in the app. It also allows for automated tracking and monitoring through a host of devices, all interfaceable with the application and software. Xoid wants to build a tech enabled tool which caters to different touchpoint in the healthcare ecosystem and bring it all together. This will also assist caregivers and decision makers by providing relevant data and insights. This will give more flexibility and ease to people with their medical records and know where to find and access them whenever required. With the growing chronic disease numbers, this is the next thing required for us to help India’s healthcare industry to grow. No more manual work, no more writing of vitals in your personal diary and taking a picture of it to the doctor, no more struggle with understanding the doctors handwriting, no more keeping different prescriptions from different doctors and compiling it. Technology will do it all for you.
