One of our product is for people working in office. 6 to 8 hours nonstop sitting on chair they face ergonomic issues & mental health challenges. Hence we improvised yoga and basic exercises so that they can do it in 3-5 minutes during working hours. This product develops habit of routine exercise for maintaining health, fitness and overall wellbeing.
