India is the second largest producer of fruits and vegetables in the World. but approximately 25% to 30% the cultivation go waste due to inadequate preservation, storage and logistics, which invites a huge loss to the cultivators. As on date the preservation and storages are done using various harmful chemicals to which are prone to unwarranted illness among the consumers. Also, during these pandemic years, the preserved fruits and vegetables are avoided being exposed to harmful chemicals. Yathesht Advanced Technology (P) Ltd., has come up with a unique solution duly backed up by eminent Scientists, Technocrats and Food Technologists developing Low-energy, hassle-free self-sustained portable storage system for fruits and vegetables protecting from microbial attack on the produces enhancing the life-cycle of each produce keeping them fresh. The Portable Storage System is developed using its in-house LECO Technology which patented. Yathesht aims to support the farmers getting a fair deal for their products keeping every produce chemical-free and fresh enabling them to get value for their produce using the Portable Storage System.
