Yeole Brothers Industries Private Limited
Mumbai, Maharashtra
In their own words
How are we scalable? • India’s waste tyres account for about 6-7% of the global total. With the local tyre industry growing at 12% per annum, waste volumes are rising. India has been recycling and reusing waste tyres for four decades, although it is estimated that 60% are disposed of through illegal dumping. • Despite this, India is the second largest producer of reclaimed rubber after China. In 2011, India produced 90,000 metric tonnes of reclaimed rubber from waste tyres. • Government initiatives such as Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) and Make in India are continuously working towards circular economy policies, which is leading towards the development of tyres recycling in India. How will we generate employment? • We shall have a strong in house Pan India sales team. This too shall generate employment opportunities for skilled and semi-skilled workers. • We shall also generate employment for various other operations in our team like Administration, HR. • We shall also have a dynamic marketing team that would enable us to expand our market reach in India. • We will also have high-level R&D and technical teams to build a sustainable production mechanism.
