YePal Smart Homes (YSH), we have initiated change to organize the real estate market and especially the society redevelopment market, and the change is for Quality Living and hassle-free land development and society redevelopment. We want to help the People to Live Better. Our vision is to resolve land development and society redevelopment issues and to become India’s No#1 Property Development Company with a presence all over India. Our Mission is "to help the People TO HAVE QUALITY LIVING VIA REDEVELOPMENT OR JOINT VENTURE MODEL, QUALITY LIVING FOR ALL" This platform is for landowners and society who want redevelopment of their society and YSH will help them to develop their land successfully via Joint Ventures. YSH is trying to understand the pain point of the Joint Venture process and assist the property owners and societies for better utilization of the current property. We found that many landlords and societies are not able to redevelop their property due to high construction costs or no income source.
