We are preparing this special type of pipes with HDPE ( High Density Polyethylene), so that pipes are not affected by hot or cold weather, with mixing this chemical, the pipes are not affected up to 50º Celsius of sun heat. Using this chemical pipes are getting more durability in hot season, if it carefully used it will last up to three to four years. These pipes are made from such a technology (keeping in view of farmers and their laborers) which make it very easy to use and ultramodern too. As it is light in weight and easy to use, even untrained laborer can use it for irrigation. We prepared special pipes for jointing 2 pipes like, if you want to carry water to 500 ft. you can joint 2 pipes of 250 Ft., which is easy to use and without leakage. To use this pipe farmer or his labor need not require to special training, so it save time and money. And if these pipe are torn somewhere it can be easily and cheaply fixed or joined. We are providing special facility of mouth stitching on the pipes for delivery of water from water chamber outlet. So one need not to cut pipes from its starting point and by pulling up pipes by putting thread in Ghagari there is no leakage of water near the chamber. Secondly, as these pipes are light in weight so it can be transferred easily from one place to another. We have mentioned above that by using these pipes, how much power of electricity you can save. And due to this many advantages are available to Gujarat Electricity Board and Government of State. According to requirement of crops for irrigation, our pipes delivers sufficient water which resulted in more production and productivity.
