Recalling the first day, when I came to Pune to pursue MBA. As teens, we tend to do all things at the last minute. Sometimes we get time for breakfast or we skip. So we started feeling hungry cause the gap between dinner and breakfast reaches almost 12-15 hours. And it started affecting our health which leads to lessen our competence. Which was not a good sign, when I look around I found it was the story of every 4th person in the room, being the most important meal breakfast is still getting skipped by many. ¾ were having inadequate breakfast. Then our further research shows that skipping meals may lead to diabetes, heart attack, and many other diseases. The most shocking fact was India comes in number one. Root cause:- Breakfast takes time & effort to process, inadequate attention being paid to it, and its Inconvenience. Solution:- Healthy & nutritious breakfast, affordable price, subscription & home delivery. So we came up with an idea of YOOL! ( YOU OWN ONE LIFE ) How does it work:- YOOL uses a unique sourcing strategy. Instead of having its kitchen, we form a strategic partnership with a few restaurants in the city. One restaurant for each area of the city will be chosen. Generally, the kitchens in restaurants are under-utilized and in the morning hours, the utilization is zero. Therefore this will be a win-win strategy for YOOL health as well as the restaurant. The restaurant will get additional business and YOOL health will not have to worry about the kitchen infrastructure and operation. A healthy bowl on a subscription basis. We import zero-calorie sugar so that customers can enjoy their favourite breakfast without any hesitation. We are using compostable biodegradable packing boxes. The demand for quick access to food and one with affordable rates is on the rise. Reaching out for food or takeouts to save time and energy that would otherwise go into cooking up a meal at home every day of the week. YOOL have done few events so far, where our menu was well appreciated. Customers really liked the taste and left their valuable feedbacks and made our products the highest selling up-short.
