The name “Birds n Bats” is a service and the name has to be read together as one and not separately as Birds and Bats, it’s used and the TM has been applied for the use of “Birds N Bats”. Birds n Bats the name of the software application designed especially for kids with full social and cyber security, allowed only after the approval of the parent / guardian. This service inculcates positive social media interaction amongst children to take advantage of the immense data and information available online Birds is an expression of freedom, which is the core of this service. The freedom to express, interact without fears, share and soar the skies with unlimited abilities. Bats represents a character which is naughty and represents this mischief that the kids create in there and parent’s life. The real meaning of the TM is devised only with the collective use of “Birds n Bats” and not separately. The service not only allows them to express but also create mischief (within acceptable limits) not taking away the real child in them. All of us have a child in us and Birds n Bats allows children ONLY, known within their circles to interact and express socially with relevant information on social media networks. “Birds n Bats “is an expression of freedom by one self by way of this social media route. Therefore the promoters decide to title their application which shall be available on a public domain “Bird n Bats”
