YVO Service Private Limited is engaged in the business of aggregating local service centers for maintenance, repair, and service of two-wheel vehicles. We are organizing this unorganized sector with our standard procedures which makes our service partners more quality-oriented. YVO Service is a technology company as it is based on an online platform for booking the maintenance service(by customers) and managing all the bookings(by Service Partners) and we are going to do that by providing Mobile apps and Web portals for both customers and Service Center Partners respectively. As a research showed that, proper maintenance of vehicle can reduce (3% points by volume) of CO from 5.95% to 2.86% and reduces HC up to 40% from 5663ppm to 3311ppm, and making the servicing hassle-free, affordable and more trustworthy will get more people to get their services done more regularly and help reduce the Air pollution too. Using our app a user can easily book his/her two-wheeler maintenance service or repair with the free checkup and pick and drop facility available. In India, according to the ICE 360 survey 2016, there was about 150+ mil. two-wheelers and among them, 80+ mil. vehicles are present in urban areas. Among this, about 23.23 mil. two-wheelers are present in the top 5 major cities in India. These many numbers of two-wheelers surely show that a large market is present in this field, in India only. In today’s world, where people like college students, 9-5 working men, and bike riders who ride for their career ex. Swiggy delivery boy, or OLA/UBER driver, etc. doesn’t have much time in their hands in order to specially go to a service center and get the services done when they have their job or classes going on. Moreover, if a person delays the servicing of their bike, it starts to create bigger problems in the bikes which will require more servicing amount and the vehicle performance degrades. Because of this, there is a need for a service that removes all the hassles of servicing a bike. Talking about the services of Authorized service center vs. Local Service centers, Authorized centers provide standardized services but are more costly. Also to book a service, many times a customer needs to book the service 3 days prior to the date of servicing. In the case of Local Service centers, these centers are much cheaper than the authorized ones, but due to their lack of unorganized processes, the trust by customers on these service centers are lesser than authorized ones. Our aim is to make the customer carefree when it comes to maintaining his/her two-wheeler, and now they don’t have to learn many different mechanical topics in order to understand their vehicle’s problem and ask the service center to do the servicing of that part. Now, we do it for them.
