Large coaching institutes have monopolized the selection in IIT and AIIMS and seriously hampered the school systems and small coaching/tuitions. These coaching institutes charge exorbitant fees and selection in premier institutes is now dependent on the parents having deep pockets as they have to pay for tuition, boarding, and food. We plan to use technology and our expertise of teaching in these large coaching institutes to make the teaching material and methods available to schools and small coaching centers. This will maintain the sanctity of schools and prepare students for competitive exams within a school system. Moreover, we are creating a platform that will make the study material, video lectures, practice test papers, etc. available to students at a fraction of the cost. Because it is a technology platform, the incremental cost of providing to more students is negligible and it can be accessed anywhere in the country making it very scalable. We also train local teachers to be able to provide teaching standard of Kota. So the benefits will be 1. Students will receive affordable education for competitive exams at their doorsteps without the need for travel to coaching hubs like Kota, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc. 2. Schools system will be saved as students will get the necessary support for competitive exams within schools 3. Small/local coaching centers and teachers will continue to make livelihood and students will not travel to coaching hubs 4. Poor families will be able to provide the world-class education to their children.
